Does Accommodation @ Darwin Waterfront provide transport from the airport?

No, there are taxis and shuttle buses available at the airport for those guest who don't have their own transport.

Can someone pick up the key on the booked guests behalf?

No. On check-in, Accommodation @ Darwin Waterfront requires the guest who the accommodation is booked under to show photo ID and the credit card used to make the booking.

Are Pets allowed?

Animals or pets are strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

Is there access to a swimming pool?

The Wave lagoon is open daily for prices and opening times click here.

The Recreation Lagoon is free to use and lifeguards patrol the water seven days a week between 9am 6pm.

Is Linen provided?

Yes, Linen, towels and pool towels are provided at the apartments.

Is there an after hours contact?

000 Should be the first contact for any personal danger or injury, however for any apartment related after-hours emergencies please call the office number which will get diverted to our after-hours service to who will contact our night manager.

Is there Internet Access?

Internet is not provided in the apartments. We recommend you use WiFi through your phone or you purchase a USB device to cover your internet needs whilst staying at the Waterfront
